Jim Koenigsaecker

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jim Koenigsaecker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovations Housing, Incorporated and its subsidiary, Building Innovations Group, Incorporated. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Shasta Cascade and a member of the US Bank Advisory Board. Jim is a graduate of Ohio University, has studied at the Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the Leadership Redding program. Before founding Innovations Housing in 2001, he spent 10 years with the E.W. Scripps Company. Jim was a member of the committee that undertook the restoration of the historic Cascade Theatre. He was appointed to and served on the City of Redding's Oral Board, Downtown Parking Committee, and Bikeway Assessment Committee. Jim has also been a member of several political campaigns including those that successfully elected Mary Stegall and Missy McArthur to the Redding City Council. Jim and his wife Nisha have two young daughters, Zoe and Madeline. The Koenigsaeckers enjoy cycling, backpacking, traveling and cooking together.
